To lose weight, you just have to eat less, but for real, consistently and for a long time. How to eat less, however, is up to you, but my advice for anybody who is serious about weightloss, is to do it in a way that makes doing it for real, consistently and for a long time, easier, and not harder.2

I'm liking it so far and counting my carb intake. It's difficult at times because the majority of food we eat are carbs..I've been looking up zeto receipes on pinterest..Good luck!!0
