Anytime I do a major workout, like Insanity or more recently No More Trouble Zones (JM), my entire body gets really sore. To the point I can barely move. And when I don't move for a while, I get really stiff and only makes it harder to move. So then I don't workout for days to recover, and I feel like a slacker for not working out....
So I was wondering if yoga or something similar would help with all this soreness?? Any input would be appreciated!
Thanks! :flowerforyou:

Yes, stretching and mild cardio are great ways to help with soreness. As is eating enough protein to help with muscle recovery.
And hot baths.
