I am pumped up before I do my exercises. But after a set of 1 muscle group I just feel weak and lazy suddenly. My diet is really bad. Idk if its related to my diet but I think it is. Anyone suggest anything? Is it about my diet or just a psycho thingy?

What kind of workout are you doing? Is it possible the weights are too heavy? Are you trying to lose weight and eating in a deficit? Are you exercising on an empty stomach? Do you get enough sleep?

My diet sucks too, but I don't think it has much bearing on my ability to get through a workout. I'd look more towards things like rest/sleep quality, using appropriate weight/reps/sets, and whether or not you are mentally quitting on the workout.

Well you didn't give us much info, but are you eating enough? Are you getting enough sleep?

    It's absolutely your diet.

    I have no idea.

I think if you think it's possible, how about your try changing that up?

sounds like low blood sugar. Maybe some protein prior to workout to keep you going. Trial and error is a strategy. Take note of your diet before each workout and see what's working.

Could be a number of things, but sounds like the weights are too heavy. Address that first alongside your diet.
