Hey everyone I’m heady and I’m new year
I’m 30 from Canada and have a child
I’m looking to get rid of at least 60 odd I have many health issues so I’m looking to get my body healthy and back on track ,
I’m very active I go to the gym,eat pretty well and workout at home but with my endo and pcos it’s hard to keep weight off .....
We got this though
I’m looking for ppl who can relate and we can push each other

My top tip is to stop looking for tips until you have the basics down! Then you might not need that many tips.
You (as in everybody) lose weight in a consistent calorie deficit over time. It can take some trial and error to figure out how much (little) to eat to lose weight, but more importantly - because MFP's suggestions will not be too far off
- much patience to stick to it.
You can eat whatever you want and use any recipes you like!
The best exercise is exercise you actually do!0
