Resetting Micronutrients & Daily Nutrition Goals

Can I reset Micro- Nutrients to the original setting before I changed them? Or can you tell me what the original Micro-Nutrients were, same for Daily Nutrition Goals.

    I think you will find your macro set up in 'goals', 'calorie and macronutrient goals'.

    You can revert to the 50 carb, 20 protein, 30 fat, or set your own preference.
