Ok so in order to keep it readable imma be straight to the point.
My whole life I’ve been a skinny dude, skinny legs and arms however my torso it’s filled with belly fat so my body could be called the “skinny fat” kinda type, back on 2010 I took the decision on becoming a vegetarian so it’s been 8 years know, the first year a lost a lot a weight due my inexperience on the matter and with that I lost a little bit of the belly fat but not all of it unfortunately (so I can’t see any abs still) I was weighting around 50 kg then, luckily I was able to balance my diet and intakes, a couple of years later I started doing Crossfit wich help me a lot so I reach like 58 kg, sadly I had a lot of inconsistency with the training thanks to college and then got tired of it. To this day I’m doing functional training and Muay Thai and I love it. My current weight it’s at 63 kg, my goal is to cut and bulk at the same time, I’ve been watching a lot of videos and reading pieces so I know it possible, my torment is the belly fat I currently have. So a young hustler is looking for mad help! Desperately! I want the beach body I always wanted it to have since I can remember. So there it is, my long lifetime struggle

First of all, having abs (in my opinion) isn't everything. Second, you need to realize what having abs entails, and you may decide it's not worth it. Typically, guys at your size bulk first, then cut. You can't do both at the same time. Some obese people can lose fat and build muscle at the same time. Hope over to FB or look JC Deen up on the web. He has oodles of articles on what you're talking about.

Yeah totally! In other words that’s what I’m after, reducing the body fat that I have on my belly, love handles, and the chest, while gaining whatever muscle mass I can in the process.

No it’s actually quite inefficient for the body to that, you’ll just spin your wheels and make little progress to what you could make. Cutting and bulking in the same sentence doesn’t make sense....how to you plan to go about doing two completely different things. And because you’ve been “watching videos” and “reading pieces” does not make it true. Where’d you read them? Popsugar? Bodybuilding.com? YouTube? Instagram? Yeah either the person has to be on gear to gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously which still isn’t efficient or it’s a BS site you read from. Esp since it seems like you’ve been training for a while, your newbie gains are prob diminished and it makes it hard to “recomp”. Stick with bulking or cutting unless you want to make no progress at all. Sorry I don’t mean to be mean/ blunt, just speaking the truth to save you months of ineffective programming in both nutrition and training based off your goals

Nah nah I totally get where you coming from fam! For sure, but that’s the thing in life actually, what’s really the “truth”? All the videos I see and the pieces I read they back it up with scientific proof and studies from various universities, I’m not just gonna sit there and believe everything I see or hear, but one of the things one YouTuber mentions is all the months he wasted and how he put on some weight that later on was troubling getting rid of. His name is Jeremy Either you can look it up if you want to. So if you asked me I mean *kitten*, I don’t know I’m just trying knew things, I ain’t no expert in this field, I study architecture haha, but in really getting into this and reading a lot, in order to see changes in my body, you have no idea how much I struggle with myself every single day to the point of having issues with myself esteem. And on the other hand you can’t expect different results by doing the same thing.

    Best regards

Yeah bro, best ignore this immature troll who lacks perspective and reading comprehension (recomposition). Skinny fat previously (decades ago); will take lots of time & consistency flying around maintenance.

So train to your goals and not what you seem to be doing currently because "you love it".
Stop watching YouTube and lift some serious weights in a well designed program.

Don't complain about the results you didn't get from the effort you didn't put in.

I know right lol, thanks bro 4 real! Yeah I know for a fact that it will be a long journey to achieve the goals that I want, that recomp. As I mention before on the prior post, I’m in despair so every piece of advice it’s well taken!

    Peace 🙏🏼

Yeah I totally know the price that comes with having a 6 pack with the body type that I have, but honestly I’m willing to pay it you know. To be happy with myself and the self esteem that I need and all the benefits I know from heart will come once I get there? There no price in doing that (for me). And actually I’ve been doing that already, cutting the alcohol and some other “food” keeping me away from getting there, let’s hope I don’t quit eventually 😂

    Thanks for the feedback!
