HI!! I'm Jessie, I need as much support as I can get, I need to lose 26 pounds to get to my first goal, to be 199. I want to lose 3 pounds a week. I know it will take 8 weeks to get to my goal. Going to be exercising and eating right.

    Please don't set high expectations for weight loss. Cause if you do you will set yourself up for failure. Focus on healthier more realistic goals and the rest will follow.

    I agree with the above. It is not impossible to lose 3 lbs a week, however that is almost the peak of weekly weight loss. 3 lbs a week consistently would be very hard to accomplish. Set for maybe 1 lb a week, and you might be surprised that you surpass it anyway! Good luck darling :)

    So true! I can tell you first hand that if you start an extreme weight loss regimen, once you stop everything will pile back on again. It can also lead to binge eating which really effs up your metabolism. I totally understand just wanting the weight off as soon as physically possible, but if you want it to be long term and maintainable, you need go slowly and ease into it.It isn't a diet, It's a lifestyle change. I wish you the best of luck!! You can do it!!!
