What’s up guys?! I’m LaLa, and today’s my first day using the My Fitness Pal (thanks to my girlfriend❤️). I’m excited about keeping track with my eating habits, and exercise . I’m looking to lose about 10lbs, and gaining muscle. Becoming a better me physically and mentally. Words of advice would be awesome! 😆
