High Protein Diet

My nutritionist has me eating more protein than I'm used to to help curb carb cravings and keep me energized during the day.
However, I don't like to eat a heavy lunch, and am having trouble hitting my goal mid-day. My target is a minimum of 30 grams of protein per meal, and salads with hard boiled eggs and chicken and quinoa are starting to get old.
HELP!

I try to do more interesting things with skinless chicken breasts; marinades and whatnot. Sides like broccoli and asparagus instead of salad all the time. Imitation crab in the salad for a change of pace.4

I try to eat high protein but not a fan of Meat. I have a couple of protein shakes per day0

I like yogurt or cottage cheese for lunch with a good serving of fruit and/or veg. I too aim for ~30g a meal but dislike a too full feel after lunch.
Tuna or boiled egg salad are an occasional rotation.
And, on tight/busy/travel days, a protein bar or shake with fruit.
Great lists above btw.

Fish can feel an awful lot "lighter" for the same protein compared to meat.
Prawn and/or salmon salads for example. Tuna Niçoise is delicious.1 -
Awesome suggestions, folks!0

Giant tuna salads are my lifesavers. Also, certain cuts of steak and pork are really high in protein and lower in fat (if saturated fat is a concern, that is). Ground beef and seasoning makes a great taco meat. I do all this with butter lettuce, using it as a wrap (butter lettuce is way better for this than any other I've found). As you mentioned cutting carb cravings, I'm assuming you're cutting back on carbs in general. Depending on how your macros are, getting some fat in there can help, too. Avocado is my go-to, but certain nuts and seeds are also higher in protein and have healthy fats to go along with it. My current favourite is smokehouse flavoured almonds. While chicken is a great option, eating it by itself is boring as sin, so other posters are right in trying to make it more interesting and mix it up. I hide mine in soups and omelettes because I got so sick of eating it plain.1

My "breakfast". 49 grams of protein. And yum.

I love the breakfast chicken sausages at Trader Joe's. I get tired of chicken breasts and the sausage form provides great flavor when browned. I add it to salads as an easy way to get in my protein. I'm still struggling with getting enough protein for the day but this certainly helps!1
