Restarting fitness/nutrition after health issues

Hey everyone! I've been on MFP for several years and it was super successful the first time. However, after fostering/adopting a child and finding out I have Celiac and am just now recovering from mono, I need to get back on track! Today I'm starting to go paleo (mostly) and I'm slowly starting back into my 4-5 day/week workouts. I can use all the motivation I can get!

Best wishes! I have Celiac as well and am on this journey! I have found that working on my macros for nutrition teamed with good exercise is my key!0
