Weight loss plans

Hello,

Have any of you been on a weight-loss plan such as Nutrisystem
or Jenny Craig etc. and used 'my fitness pal' to keep track of your
progress? -Thanks.

    Hello, all diets consists of calories in and calories out. I'm just doing MFP.

    I think most people have. I have been on a semi-structured "plan" while counting calories before, and lost weight fine, several times; it wasn't until I found MFP and realized I can eat anything I want and lose/maintain weight, that I learnt to manage my weight.
