What do you log a crossfit workout as?

Strength Training or Circuit Training?

    Before I had a smartwatch, I broke it up. I would do the strength portion under strength training and the metcon under circuit training. Those numbers actually came fairly close to the calories burned I get with my smart watch (for me, typically 250-300 calories per class)
