Motivation too loose the fat guys

Hi, Been counting calories since August 27th. Started at 255 but was 260 couple days before. I'm now at 238 and really want to get down to 210ish, if Im still not happy I wanna get down to 195 ish. I've been lifting for 2.5 years and before I started lifting I was 236 and was just fat. I lost weight and got to 205 in about 6 months. I maintained then I bulked from their, regret it ate too much, then last October I had a baby and my diet and time even went less. Got up to 260 at my highest and people were saying I got fat or what happened to me. Even though I added muscle I also added lots of fat. So now I'm here guys. Hope to really get leaner and be happy again because I'm nasty but soon it'll change at least I think. I also don't see much change yet.
