hey everybody!
I need an advice on how to improve my iron level withought supplements. I am consuming 1500-1800 kcal, I am a small woman (1.60cm). Thanks in advance

Fortified cereals and breads, organ meat, seafood, beef, chicken, dark chocolate, tofu. Eating or drinking fruits with high vitamin C helps the iron absorption. It's easier for your body to absorb iron from animal meats than fruits and veg.
I'm going the fortified cereal and dark chocolate route for the bulk and filling in the rest with meats.1
