Nearly finished my second week of mfp! a bit slow to get going with logging everything π this is the first time iv tried to manage my food properly so fingers crossed I can keep it up!!!

It always helps me to focus on the goal, the purpose - if you keep in mind that logging is just a tool to eat less/better, maybe it will be easier to keep doing it.0
