Pre diabetic bride-to-be!

Hi guys! I’m looking for buddies to help keep me motivated. Currently I am pre diabetic and have been told by a doctor if I lose weight and cut sugar I can stop this from happening.
I also am getting married in exactly a year! I’d love to lose 40 pounds by then, but I am looking for a lifetime of health and happiness.
Add me so we can keep each other motivated!
