I’ve got back into exercise just now need to get back into diet but will feel like I’m lacking once I do so cause my social life stale and i sometimes eat because it’s there. I can be strict but been ages since I was disciplined. With life feeling unsteady I sometimes wonder is it worth putting extra pressure on or will it be good for mh to have consistency with at least one thing at mo
