Hi everyone. I need help choosing a move goal on the Apple Watch. I want to lose weight. I’m currently 175 lbs. If I want to lose a pound a week, should my move goal be 500 daily? Thanks in advance!

Set it to that and it will learn as you go, end of every week it will have a suggested goal for the next.1

I have mine set at 500 (my bare minimum) but typically go over. From Apple health kit, pull your resting energy number (bmr) and then pull your average active energy. For me that’s 1500 + 700 = 2200. So for a small cut, I eat at 1900 and for a faster cut, 1700.
All that being said, get the food side tight, with a 500 cal deficit1
