Hey! After years of struggling with my weight and fitness I’ve finally found a way to keep everything in check.
I’m hoping this is s more successful than the recent failed SW and WW.
Love the support of a group so thought I’d say hi and hopefully get some friends of similar mindsets in the process.
I can’t diet, hate not eating certain foods, so this is perfect I can eat anything and I get to become more aware of what I’m eating.
I’ve started working out again. Couch25K and I do weights with my other half at the weekends.
