I just decided I am ready to make a life change and I am ready to take the steps necessary. I started at the gym but I am not sure what equipment to use for strength training. I'm also going to start KETO 👍

    Hi and welcome!
    My advice if you can't hire a personal trainer is to do a lot of tour iwb research. Onlibe you will be able to find lots of great sources, from YouTube to sites like bodybuilding.com. first I'd recommend to research for proper form and posture for lifting. Start with very light weights or no weights until you get the proper form. Online you can find weekly schedules that can help train certain muscle groups, you could take these routines and Google the different excercises to make sure how to do them properly.
    I hope you enjoy the journey as it doesn't always have to be ugly. The one thing to remember is that working out is a very small part of getting fit and losing weight. It all starts with the diet, so best of luck with it. 👍
