Hi guys I’ve used MFP for a few years now. I have a few key things to point out about the process. Yes the stay fit process. Whether it’s losing weight, gaining weight or just staying in shape.

1. Find Valuable Nutritional habits. Your local government has a website that provides very useful tips and nutritional information (get it from the horses mouth).
2. Find a excercise program that fits your life style; cycling, High Intentens classes or excercises that will help to burn a lot of calories. You’ll know when you find the one.
3. Everyone has advise so take what will work for you and “trust the process”.

Start by creating a journal of your daily nutrition, excercise etc. MFP works very well. Yes it takes time to get used to adding everything but good thing is MFP will store your 1st entries, so you don’t have too re-enter what you’ve added the day before.

It doesn’t take a week to see results; well at least my experience it didn’t. It may take 2 - 3 weeks to see and feel a difference. Trust me... I had the same experience and felt like quiting but I did not because my Health is too important to let some aches and pains ever change my motivation! That’s my motivation! Find YOURS!
