question about how many grams of different things in a smoothie

I made a smoothie..

250g water
75g oats
70g peanut butter

i'm curious how that compares to how many grams of oats and peanut butter people have in theirs?

like do most people have a lot less peanut butter and oats in theirs? or do most people use similar ratios?

i'm interested if anybody uses a vastly different amount of peanut butter or a vastly different amount of oats, in 250g water.

(I know i should do what I like and how much I want, and i'm not saying I wouldn't. But i'm interested re those questions)

    Honestly, that sounds gross.

I rarely have smoothies, but I don't put oats in them as I don't like the taste/texture in a smoothie and if I was to use PB I'd probably have 20g at most.

To make it more calorie dense, I'd be adding full fat milk or coconut milk/cream over water. Or yoghurt/icecream.

    I have 30g oats, 30g whey, 300ml water and a banana

When I go back to bulking I will add pb.

Oh sometimes I add a drizzle of honey 🍯 or egg whites if I need more protein. Greek yogurt is good as well 😋

There is very little protein in that. I've done similar but added whey.

I don't use oats or peanut butter. Mine are:
    110g nonfat Greek yogurt
    140g frozen fruit
    15g protein powder
    114g water

It's about 250 calories, 24 grams of protein.
