calorie logging question

I am trying to add 1 small avocado to my diary, but there are like 20 different options and they are all different. Like wildly different. The range is between 120 to 270 for calories and I just want to log accurately. Is there a reliable place for me to find out what the true calorie and macronutrient is for an avocado?

Put “usda avocado” in the search field and log the edible portion by weight.8

USDA food database
https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list
Looks like
Avocado, Raw, California 1 fruit (136g) = 227 cals
Avocado, Raw, Florida. 1 fruit (304g) = 365 cals
Avocado, Raw, All commercial varieties. 1 fruit (201g) = 322 cals1 -
Using a digital scale and weighing by grams will help with accuracy as well.3

"Small" is a qualitative term and so the calories would vary. If you want your log to be more precise than this then you need to weigh it and log it in grams using the "usda" entries. Just search for "avocado usda" in the food database.1
