Carb/fat filler fix

I’m fairly new to MFP and the Fitbit, and am enjoying the challenge of getting my food figured out in a balanced fashion. I found myself hungry at the end of today, with an available calorie balance of carbs and fat, and came up with this: 1/2 cup steamed rice with 1/2 TBS virgin coconut oil and a couple shakes of Chinese five spice; eaten warm. If I’d had a sugar balance available, I’d have instead stirred in the same amount of dulce de leche. (Milk caramel) It was a nice satisfying small bowl of food that fit so nicely into the nutrition totals for my day. Good fitness to us all!
