Chicken from a Chinese place

Hi all. Tonight for dinner I had the chicken from a sweet and sour chicken dish. No sauce. I'm not exactly sure what to log this as though.

Its battered and fried chicken but I assume the "Fried Chicken" options I can log are more based on American style fried chicken... Do I just log it as that and accept it's not exactly accurate?

I'd Google a national chain that sells something similar - they should have their nutrition posted online even if the place you went to doesn't. You can also subtract ingredients (like the sauce) by entering it as a negative amount.

Nuggets. Yeah the batter is different and maybe the oil also. You may find sweet and sour chicken without sauce listed. Guessing the portion size is likely to be a bigger source of inaccuracy. I would approximate the serving and log nuggets just to keep from making exceptions and not logging; that's a slippery slope.
