If you cut off a limb, yes. Otherwise, not in any sustainable, healthy way unless you are morbidly obese and under medical supervision.2

yes it is possible. That is about 10 weeks and a normal healthy 2 lbs per week will get you 10x2=20 lbs lost.
But you would have to stick to it (no cheating or alcohol). Work out regularly and keep a 1000 calorie per day deficit between calories you've burned minus calories you've eaten. Drink your water. Minimize artificial sugars. Eat as clean and whole as you can. Choose healthy fats such as nuts and seeds and avocados. Watch your carbs. Have a good attitude and log everything on MFP to keep yourself accountable. It's also helpful to join some of the many many challenges offered on MFP where you'll find many ideas, lots of support and lots of added accountability. Best of luck to you.10 -
Doh, I read as November, not end of November. That's still a very rapid lose for someone who isn't in the obese category.3

It totally depends on how much you have to lose.
If you are over 75lbs overweight, there is a good chance you could. You have enough excess fat to burn without losing more than the minimal amount of muscle, and you probably, but not definitely, would have more than enough calories to carry a 1000 cal a day deficit.
However, the less one has to lose the less those conditions apply.
If you are asking about vanity pounds, you are within your normal BMI rangecor close, you probably don't have the fat mass to lose that fast without compromising your muscle mass. Nor will you have a calorie burn that would allow a 1000 cal deficit.
If you have only 20lbs to lose, set yourself to lose 0.5-1 lbs a week.
You are doing this to look good and be healthy. A too large a deficit doesn't encourage either of those.

You keep asking essentially the same question, it always boils down to 'how fast can I lose weight?'. Maybe follow some of the advice given in previous threads?7
