I feel like I'm regressing

For the past week or so, it's been really weird - every time I look in a mirror I look like I've put all the weight I've lost back on. I can't really describe it. I look thicker.
I've used the measuring tape, and I've used the scale - my inches literally have not gone up.
But I can't stop seeing it.
It's extremely demotivating, and I don't know how to make it stop

It takes a while for the you in your head to catch up to the new body. Everyone deals with it, it's totally normal. As long as you know that it is normal and it'll pass, you shouldn't be unmotivated by it.0

The problem isn't that my head is catching up with my body... It's more like my head is going backwards.0

I've lost 30lbs and I still feel this way a lot! You might feel that way for a while, but people will start noticing, and even better, if it's not going back up, you're only getting better!
I believe that you are amazing and you can get through this!

I feel that way sometimes, try and switch it up. Give yourself a fitness goal to reach along with your weight loss. This way you can have something different to focus on while working your diet. Just a thought, I've become a gym nut. I cranked out some really great full on push ups in kettlebell class last night I was super pumped and felt accomplished.0

I like that idea... I'll probably make tomorrow (my scheduled double) a triple and do a quick workout I haven't done in a while... It's one of the ones that just always has me feeling good afterwards. Hopefully it works x_x;0
