44, Fighting to be fit, Positive feedback

I have commented on these boards a few times, but have really just been lurking. I decided to take my own advice and get some supportive friends on MFP. Why not, right?
My One Word this year is: MINDFUL
I am 44, Male, 73", 295 down from 319 eight weeks ago. Long-term goal is 205. Just like so many others, I have been to this rodeo before. Following the "Don't Be a Dumba$$" eating plan. Exercising 4+ days per week right now, cardio, flexibility and strength. I don't run, because running sucks, lol.
I know how to eat properly and exercise, I just haven't done it for a decade or so. I can help others along the way. I know at some point I will need a little support to keep at it, so friend me if you want to give and receive positive feedback.
If anyone is interested, I can explain the eating plan, haha.

Love that eating plan 😆
MFP, if used correctly, should be a big help with Mindful eating. I’m starting to see just how poorly I’ve been eating after a few tracking days.
