Hi everyone and hope your finding success here with this wonderful app
I had a car accident a few years ago and underwent Achilles surgery in July last year
I was overweight before the accident and obviously it never got better after it.
I’m now swimming 3 days a week and using a recumbent bike as I get used to wearing shoes again on the back of my heel.
I started about 7 weeks ago and have now lost just under 14kg
I still have about 25kg to go and wanted to lose it as quickly as possible so I can undergo my second surgery to my thumb after the accident
I’m keeping to low calorie low carb diet as my body hates those complex carbs
