Hi all!

I have been using MFP on and off for a couple of years now, but I am seriously in a place now were I feel committed to being healthy and getting my eating under control for the long-term. And I would love some friends to nudge me along the way and I will do the same!

I have been yoyo dieting/exercising since I was 10., so my weight is constantly fluctuating. I want to put an end to that.

    Friends are great, but I think that if you want to stop the yoyo-ing, you have to be committed for real, and that includes taking persnal responsibility instead of relying on others to make you do and not do things.
