In May this year I did an online health assessment. I was honest. One of the results was my ‘health age’ of 69. I was 56 at the time! After 2 days of just saying ‘rubbish’ I decided to get my head out of the sand. I set-up this app, completely changed my diet (wholefoods and cut out ‘junk’) and began to use other data sources to check my health with some moderate exercise. 3 months later I had shed over 10Kg, my blood pressure reduced, my cholesterol reduced and my general fitness improved. Thank you Vitality for telling me I was 69 !!!!

I am glad you decided to be 56. Plenty of time to be old later.....0
