2 eggs only 1 yolk
3 slices of thin slice ham
1c spinach
Dash pepper
1tbsp 2% milk
Dash pink salt
1tbsp shredded 2% cheese

Mix all put in muffin pan bake 350 for 14mins.

Only 143 calories and with avocado its 268

Serve with 1/2 slice avocado
