Hi I’m Bethanie and I decided to get on this app to better my lifestyle and overall health. Being a nurse I know what it takes and how to do it but practicing what I preach has always been difficult and with my health issues I have no choice but to work twice as hard as the average person so it gets frustrating and I check out. I know what I need to do and I want to do it. I don’t know why I struggle to just do it and make myself I am a terrible procrastinator so I’m hoping this app keeps me honest and accountable. Any pointers or advice?

Hi, new today. Previously I found strict planning ie menus + shopping; being organised ie prep food, freeze meals ie soups or leftovers; vary meals especially dinner so don't get bored; have snacks or veg soup handy for when you get home to have whilst cooking. Good luck1

Thanks so much for being a nurse. It’s a very important job that you do. I think you might try to do meal prep. You can make the healthy meals you need and avoid temptation when it comes time to eat. But don’t forget to allow flexibility to special celebrations or unavoidable change of plans.0
