Trying to gain weight

Hi, I am currently skinny and i am trying to put on some weight. I am currently using TNT Supamass shake, one serving at lunch time and one before bed. Is this correct?
I also try and eat 3 times a day aswell. Any advice as to what to do differently to gain weight?
And I am not working out at the moment.......think i have a fast metabolism?
Any advice please.

    Weight manipulation comes down to calories. Set up your profile here with your correct info, choose a goal to gain half a lb per week, and get a calorie goal. Then start logging your food, accurately and consistently. If you exercise, log it and eat back those calories. Strength training and eating enough protein will help make sure some of that weight is muscle.

    To put it simply- eat more! One way or another you need more calories so aim to eat regularly and with highly nutrient dense foods. Whereas people who are trying to lose weight should be careful with calories from cooking oils, sauces and condiments, you can be liberal with them to up the calorie content of a meal. You should work out as well- exercise isn't just for people trying to lose weight!

    What is your job, how old are you, what do you eat each day, generally. Are you stressed currently, have you always been skinny, why dont you exercise, how many hours sleep do you get. maybe someone can advise after you answer these questions

    I was the same only eat 3 meals a day now things changed I learned if I want to get big I've got to eat big for get supplements maybe a mass gainer in between meals with added oatbran full fat milk whatever you want ,creatine is also decent.
    I eat 6,000 calories a day now 250g protein 700g carbs its hard work forcing myself to eat so much but with training hard you will be supprised,I've gone from 10stone to 12.9lbs this year.
