I am excited about this community. I work out seven days a week with a mix mostly of spin and Pilates. I work about 60–70 hours a week, and I’m a mom to a 12yo son. Busy life, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
My current journey is to return to my optimal weight of 140–145 pounds, which means a little less wine and more awareness of my calorie intake from eating out. Trying to cook more at home these days. I work out at 6am weekday mornings and a little later on weekends, so the days are nonstop.
Just wanted to say hello! Hope to find likeminded people ... so basically anyone who loves to eat and stay busy and find balance.

Yes, two-a-day workouts here too, mostly weekends. Today it was Pilates X 2, but other weekends it’s Pilates followed by spin. 💪🏾0
