Back at it .....again....

Well when I did this last year I was loosing pretty steadily... Things happened, life happened, I injured myself but good, work took over blah blah....
For the past few Months I've been hitting Planet Fitness on a steady basis going for 2 mile walks on top of that two times a week.... Do you think I can loose the weight nope....Am I toning up oh most definitely ... WW is NOT for me .. I something totally different... I need a new mndset and portion controll too...
So yep here I am.... Looking for the path that I don't resist and a group of great folks who totally get it.....
