Hello!
I signed up for MFP three months ago and never actually used it, but I want to now. I'm 20, 5'9" and 164 pounds. I don't really know anyone who uses MFP so I was hoping I could find some people here. To me it's not enough to have this website to keep me accountable. It'd be good to have some people and a support network.

    YOu can add me, i've been on here since February and have had success following the basic guidelines set by the MFP goals, i change it up according to my own research but the general idea and apps is a good thing.

    I'm not an expert or an ego head like you'll find in many forum posts, just someone also needing to lose weight and have done so. 23Kilo's in under 6 months.
