Sweet snacks

Hi I usually crave something sweet in the evening so I crush up a square of 72% dark chocolate and add it to a fruit yogurt. It seems to do the trick and less calories tha a chocolate bar!

    I usually reserve 200 cals out of my allotment for something chocolately every day. Right now I'm eating at deficit again to lose a few pounds for an upcoming cruise - I'm cutting that 200 cals to 50 and will have a Jaffa Cake instead (only McVities will do :smiley: )
