60 and tired

You'd think by now I'd have it all figured out, or at least just accept myself the way I am. I'm about 20 lbs over what is considered health for a woman my age. I have bipolar disorder, PTSD from domestic violence, and binge eating disorder. The psych med I take is weight neutral, so that's not my problem. Depression is the culprit, when it hits I eat more and move less. So here I go again, we'll see if I can do this.

Get outside and walk. The sun and fresh air will lighten your mood and the walk will help shed some pounds if you are eating right. You can do this! Be a success story!0
