Hey everyone, so I'm a pear shape, all my flabby bits are on my hips and thighs and I have a little tummy "pouch" from bearing 3 children consecutively from 2014-2018.
Today I went shopping for jeans, long story short I couldnt get any.
Ive kinda lost hope?
I'm 26 years old, 5'7 and 178lbs with a pear shaped body
Does any pears have any before and afters? Could do with the motivation and inspiration.
And a brief outline on how you achieved your goal?
Thanks in advance!

I'd say the majority of women are pear shaped. But I started this thread to give women the opportunity to see a wide range of normal weighted women's shapes. It might help you out some.

You may find that you will just become a smaller pear . I am pear shaped and I must say that lifting weights has helped me the most . There are jeans out there for pear's. Look for brands that say " Curvy " or you can always add elastic at the back. Its hard to find ones that don't bag out at the back. When I find ones that don't I always sbuy a black pair and a denim pair lol
