It is almost 2 years since my injury and recieving a moderate-to-severe concussion. Weight gain is discouraging since I couldn’t do much of any physical activity without headaches or loss of energy.
I am starting a new with mfp and food and exercise goals. I hope to be back to where I was prior to my accident. Here’s to new days and new goals. 😊

If your goal is weight loss, focus on what and how much you eat. Exercise should be focused on the fitness goals you have. Exercise might have a side effect of weight loss, but you can't out exercise bad food choices.1
