Improving my habits to improve my health!

Hello, I'm Neko.

I've recently undergone some unforeseen changes in my health, including being diagnosed with:
  • a rare form of anemia
  • RA (what my dr suspects, pending upcoming rheumatologist appointment)
  • and other as-yet identified auto-immune issues.

    This has put me into what my family term my "RESEARCH AND GET IT DONE!" mode. :) (I tend to be a *skosh* Type-A and proactive. :D )

    I've joined MFP today to:
    • start a food diary
    • track how different foods affect my mood and health
    • see how keeping a balanced diet will help positively affect my RA and auto-immune issues.

    I would like to lose weight as well. If these actions also lead to weight loss, great! Weight loss isn't my primary focus, but I certainly welcome it!
