Hello, I am a 23yr old mother of three. Ages 5,3,6mo. Pregnancy completely messed my body up but I was never skinny or fit before getting pregnant. Pair kids with not taking care of yourself and you have me. I know I’m overweight. I feel sluggish and like I can’t do anything. I recently got married in February and am now getting divorced. With the emotional shock of finding out the things I did, I have chose to channel my emotions and stress eating into the gym. I want to eat better, feel better and BE better. Any advice that helped you in the beginning is welcome!!! Thanks

Hey girl! 3 kiddos is an accomplishment for sure! You should be very proud!! Give it time, don’t expect overnight results. That’s my problem I expect it to just happen and when it doesn’t I want to quit! “How do you eat an Elephant? One bite at a time!”😊0
