- 4.0 speed for 20 minutes
- 4.2 speed for 20 minutes
- 4.5 speed for 15 minutes
- 5.0 speed for 5 minutes

1000 calories? hmmmm.....
eta: I run 4 miles in 40 minutes and only burn about 430 calories max (according to my various mechanisms)2 -
I'm gonna go with a no on that calorie count. While I wouldn't really dream of running long enough to burn 1,000 calories (I'm not saying that that can't be done, but that I most definitely don't want to do it), I did burn ~1,050 calories biking inside today (per information garnered from the data from my power meter). That said it was over the course of two hours and 5 minutes.
I did two rides today as I'm finishing up the Zwift Academy. Two more to go and I'll be finished!0 -
Idk, and incline 15 is really steep... I have a hard time on 10%1

Good cardio workout, but I'd go with a 'no' on that calorie burn also. About half of that would even be optimistic.0
