Core resistance band exercises

I am wanting to incorporate some exercise into my routine, and I found a YouTube video for doing core exercises with resistance bands. They look simple enough for me to do as a beginner to exercise and resistance bands, but the woman gives no information as to the name of the exercises, the amount of time to do the exercises, or the amount of calories burned with the exercises. Does anyone know where to get this information or do you have the information so I can add it to my exercise log? Or, do you have suggestions for core exercises I can do with resistance bands where you have the information so that I may log it? Here is the video. Thank you for your help.

A general rule of thumb would be to do 2 sets of 10-12. You could log it as light calisthenics. You could google resistance band exercises core and probably find images of poster that list some of them with the names.0
