Hi as most of us I am leading a busy life. I am looking for some quick and easy dinner ideas for when we get home late from a volleyball game. Anything would be helpful...for some reason I have a mental block up!

Pick a protein, a starch and a veg, in any combination you find appealing, and have it ready/defrosted when you come home.0

Breakfast is also really easy. I made it last night, we had scrambled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes and toast. To make it faster I would just use frozen "breakfast potatoes" or something like that.0

Chili if you have a crockpot.0

I put chicken breasts and a jar of green salsa in the crockpot in the morning. When I get home, shred them up and throw them in a tortilla or on a salad. So yummy!0
