So the last challenge I was in really seemed to help me stay on track. I like the idea of keeping the challenge to the actual seasons. I know it's arbitrary but I like the reminder that everything has it's season. Feel free to join me for the fall and hopefully we can support each other during the potentially difficult holiday season.
You can start any time you want and change the weight in dates as needed. Below is the dates that I'll be weighing in. The last week is only six days because of when fall ends. Also, your goal doesn't have to be weight related but mine will be.
