How many of you have school aged kids? Or a husband aged kid? They keep me so busy by the time I even think about checking in it’s two days later. I am a sparatic checker, forgive me. Keep working hard guys.

    Life is hard.

More difficult for some than others.

    Choose your battles.

An apple a day keeps the Dr. away

Not if you attempt to swallow it whole.

If you view life as a battle, that is exactly how it will present itself to you.

I used to think of myself a warrior, then realized that it meant I must consider myself to be at war all the time...and I was. Choose your thoughts.

to the actual OP, I write down what I eat in a pen and paper diary. Maybe you can do that since you have trouble logging in.

I assume you're talking about logging your food, not necessarily checking the forums.

Husband-aged kid here, I have found the best success pre-logging as much as possible at least the day before and adjusting when I weigh/measure out my specific portion, rather than inputting an entire meal on the fly. It's become part of my ritual right before bed to fill in any gaps in my log from that day, and pre-log for the next.

I work 12 hour rotating shifts from days to nights, 7 days and 7 nights every month. I have two teenagers and a small farm as well. I try to do my bodyweight workouts while I am at work and run, mountain bike and kayak on my days off. I like types of workouts we can do as a family that doesn't feel like working out. I try to eat as well as I can and track when I can. My philosophy is train and eat as healthy as I can to achieve realistic goals.
