Hi All,
I'm Amy K and I am just starting Module 1 this week.
I also am practicing a 16/8 fasting plan.
I am happy to say I finally broke through my plateau of 175 lbs I was stuck at for the past 2/5 months. I weigh 168 today although I think most of that is water that I expelled by doing a 24 hour fast a few days ago.
I starting the 0,1,2,3 plan of eating during my 8 hour eating window yesterday.
I stop eating at 8pm and start at noon or later depending on my hunger.
I work out 5 days a week doing a really fun water aerobics class for 1 hour from 8-9 am, and sometimes do 2 classes back to back. The 8-9 am and the 9-10 am depending on my energy level that morning.
I have a spine injury I have to take care of so I cannot do free weights or any weight bearing exercise.
Hopefully the water aerobics will be enough to help my weight loss ( and just my feeling of well being) by now starting the 0,1,2,3 plan.
