How to reduce thigh/calve fat??

Hi all I have been losing weight for a couple of years now. I change my diet this year and I have manged to reduce my belly fat a great deal! I workout regularly and eat within my macros. However I am struggling to lose thigh and leg fat, any suggestions on what exercises I need to do??? Please help thanks.

Unfortunately, where your weight comes off first comes down to genetics. You can't spot-reduce. You CAN spot-strengthen. Work on your lower body (squats, lunges, etc) to strengthen the muscle and when the fat eventually comes off, you'll probably be very happy with the shape beneath it.7

You can't spot reduce fat. I carry my fat on my thighs and butt myself. That's just where my body likes to hold on to it.
On the plus side, with thicker thighs and butt, we rarely "muffin top" as clothes fitting on our thighs generally means they are looser on our waist.
Lose weight overall and your thigh fat will come off too.1 -
